Join us for an evening of 18th-century indulgence at the Fortress of Louisbourg. Experience a night out as the French did in the 1700s with exquisite food, music and games, and a stroll through the gardens.

Arrive at the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site for pre-dinner tunes any time after 5:00 pm at the Storehouse Tavern. Indulge in the high life with live music and a glass of local craft beer, cider and of course, Fortress Rum™.

A delectable meal, expertly chosen and crafted by our in-house chef, and inspired by 18th-century French cuisine, will be served in Restaurant de la Marine at 7:00 pm. Savour the flavours perfected over 300 years with an elevated meal experience that can only be found at Fortress of Louisbourg.
