New this year – what could be more decadent than a chocolate tasting at the Fortress? 🍫
Join us for a guided tasting featuring five exquisite chocolates from five different countries, carefully selected and presented by our master chocolatiers. Discover how origin, terroir, and technique shape each bite—from deep, earthy notes to bright bursts of fruit and spice.
Each tasting is a flavour-forward experience, rich with storytelling, expert insights, and unforgettable textures. Whether you’re a seasoned chocolate connoisseur or just curious, you’ll leave with a whole new appreciation for small-batch craft chocolate.
🪑 Limited seating – $25 per person for a 45 min chocolate tasting
Entry to the Fortress is required and is not included in tasting costs. Regular site admission fees apply upon arrival.
